Rent a Tent. $85 per tent

Perfect for family and friends. We have only 23 tents available so book early! The tents are positioned on the club house side of the pitch and have a parking space behind each of them.

What you get

• A 3m x 3m tent put up for you by the club fundraising committee.
• A Rock Star park behind your tent for one car. Guests of your tent will have parking on a first come first serve basis.
• A comfy hay bale to sit on. BYO other chairs is advised.
• Pitch side position.

Each tent is named after a paddock or a famous horse bred at Millamolong. You will find the list below.

The tent is enough space for about 10 to 20 people (depending on your need for personal space)

Cooler Bags

To save you all the effort of packing an Eski and lugging it into the car, we have fabulous packages available below same price as your local water hole, but it will come straight to your tent or sofa and with a stylish Millamolong Polo Club Cooler Bag to take home with you! Perfect! Due to liquor licensing restrictions, we are unable to allow BYO. Also on the day, for ultimate laziness we will have gorgeous committee members bringing food and beverages around the ground... straight to your tent!

Giant Sofas. $80 per sofa

Giant sofas for 8 people who want to seriously chill out and put their feet up. Named after some of the teams coming here are these six exclusive hot spots available for you and your friends. See below for a list of available sofas. Club Cooler Bags are available also available for the sofas.

On the day

You will need to take your ticket with you and the kind gentleman on the gate will show you the way. In front and behind each tent is a sign with your tents name on it.

You will be located near the clubhouse for all your food and drink needs. Please use our facilities – lots of delicious food on offer, expresso coffee carts and licenced bar. We are raising funds for the club, Riding for Disabled and CARE Australia so please bring your funds and enjoy what is on offer!

Please note this year the club is NOT allowed BYO on the sports ground but we have fabulous Cooler Bag options available to you to be delivered to your tent.
