Saturday: Running order of the day

On Saturday we have several events happening during the polo. Sunday games will begin as per the blackboard in the clubhouse on Saturday night. Games will run all day on Sunday.

5.00pm – late	Saturday Night Hoof Hour Fabulous Hot food by Factory Espresso and the Club House Kitchen plus Beer & Gear Bar open until late. Our bar is proudly supported by Angullong Wines, Mayfield Vineyard and Badlands Beer.

Food and Entertainment

As a valued member of the day, all players are invited in to the VIPS Lounge (Very Important Pony Shed), proudly supported by the fabulous Factory Espresso. The VIPS Lounge is in the clubhouse and is designed as a players lounge so you can put your feet up, eat hearty food and watch your mates at war on the pitch from this prime position. You will find delicious food, bar service and afternoon tea (costs apply per person and please support the club).

Alternatively you are very welcome to come and buy yummy food at the Trough and Fodder for your other foodie needs.

Our Millamolong Charity Fund

Launched officially in 2011, in memory of James Ashton, our charity fund remembers the founder of the club and a man who was integral in raising over $170,000 for a variety of local and national charities. This is why our Charity fund is often referred to as JAF. The club is committed to continuing the tradition of fundraising money for our nominated charities including CMRI, Careflight, Breast Cancer Foundation, Ronald Mcdonald House, RDA (Riding for the Disabled), the Starlight Children's Foundation, CARE Australia and many more.

In 2012 we have committed to giving our charity funds to CARE Australia and RDA. These funds will be raised via our raffle tickets, 50% of all gate takings and $5 of EVERY VIPS Lounge Ticket sold will also go to our charity fund... so book your tickets now!

We are one of the very few affiliated sports clubs who do charity fundraising additionally to their own club fundraising.

Come and support the polo, so that we can keep the club going and at the same time continue to raise much needed funds and awareness for these charities.

If you feel the need to get some hitting practice, the hitting pit is located next to the clubhouse. All welcome! Gold coin requested for use.

Saturday Night Varsity Bicycle Polo & Hoof Hour!

Catch up with new and old friends at the clubhouse for Hoof Hour! The club will be serving hot food and pudding for all - $15 each. The bar will be open until 9pm

We encourage all parties and of course our esteemed teams to use the clubhouse.

We encourage all players and their families to use the social tents (Rent A Tent, Giant Sofas and theVIPS Lounge). We give our valued teams first dibbs so hurry up and book early!
