Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy

The Millamolong Polo Carnival is an outdoor event and is subject to inclement weather conditions. Patrons accept the risk that rain may occur on the day and acknowledge that tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the Carnival is cancelled due to unsafe conditions by the Millamolong Polo Club. In the unlikely event that the Carnival is cancelled, when possible, pre-booked VIPs and Rent a Tent patrons will be advised by email or SMS. Advice of the cancellation will also be posted on the website and local radio stations will be notified.

VIPS and Rent a Tent Cancellation

• Tickets are transferrable but not refundable.
• Cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund, but will be subject to a nominal cancellation fee of $5.
• Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be available to patrons who choose not to attend an event.
• Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or email, and must be received 3 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy for Sponsors

In the unlikely event the Carnival is cancelled, sponsors will be given the opportunity to transfer their support to the polo Carnival 2012 at the same level of financial or in-kind commitment.
